Annalisa Galetto Pisa Annalisa discovered bobbin lace 15 years ago, following a friend to her first bobbin lace lesson: it was love at first sight. She's married, has no sons and live in Pisa with her husband ("very patient, like all lacemakers' husbands") and three cats (she loves animals). She's not only a fan of lace, but also of a well known Italian singer: Claudio Baglioni. She attended many bobbin lace courses: "Fiandra 3 pairs", Torchon, Venezia (Rococò), Sansepolcro, Neuchatel and more. She tooh also part in many national and international lace competitions, alone or with her group, always with good results. Although bobbin lace is not a traditional work in Pisa, she managed to find a group of friends with her same passion, and they all spend much nice time together working lace... Recently she started making and decorating by herself bot the pillows and the bobbins, with much fun. She has also a nice collection of bobbins and pillows, old and new, from many countries around the world.
