Adriana Lazzari taught for a long time bobbin lace in Gorizia Bobbin Lace School; Lucia Cogoi was one of her pupils.

Later on, when she stopped teaching, Adriana devoted herself to the study of macramé lace (she knew it since she was young), developing her technique as well as her love for this lace; and Lucia, in her search for new lace expressions, followed her, founding in macramé the way to give life to her dreams.

Macramé is an old lace technique, when knots made by hands create very different designs. It is traditionally used to adorn tableclothes, tents and other textiles, but Adriana and Lucia are trying to apply it to different items.
